Can I get a refund if the platform isn't right for me?
Yes. You can request a full refund within 14 days of your first paid subscription, no reason required. Full refund policy details are on the Terms page.
Is there a commission on my sales?
No. We don't take any commission on your transactions or sales — you only pay the monthly or yearly subscription. The payment gateway itself (Visa, Fawry, Paymob) may charge its own fees independently.
Do I need any special hardware?
The system is fully cloud-based and works on any laptop, tablet, or phone via a browser. POS supports most thermal receipt printers and barcode scanners common in the Egyptian market.
Can I upgrade or downgrade plans?
Yes, anytime. On upgrade, the price difference is prorated for the remaining period. On downgrade, the lower price kicks in at the start of the next cycle.
